Last updated: August 2026. Boltra uses information submitted through this website to respond to commercial enquiries, evaluate manufacturing-network relationships, and operate our Manufacturing-as-a-Service activities.
Information we collect
When you submit an RFQ or partner application, we may collect your name, company, contact details, requirement information, and any documents you choose to upload.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review requirements, communicate with you, identify potential manufacturing or supply solutions, and maintain internal business records.
Documents and technical information
Please only submit documents that you are authorized to share. Boltra treats submitted commercial and technical information as business information and limits its use to evaluating or fulfilling the relevant request. If a requirement needs a separate non-disclosure agreement before technical disclosure, please contact Boltra before uploading the relevant files.
AI-assisted processing
Boltra may use automated and AI-assisted tools to help interpret, structure and classify submitted requirements. AI output is treated as indicative and is reviewed by the Boltra team before quotation or commercial commitment.
The AI RFQ Studio may temporarily retain an RFQ draft in your browser so separate line items remain available while you work. Submitting or resetting the RFQ clears the active draft. Short-lived administrator-only diagnostic records may also be retained to investigate matching errors and improve reliability.
Manufacturing and service partners
Where reasonably necessary to evaluate or fulfil a requirement, Boltra may share relevant requirement information with potential manufacturing, sourcing, quality, logistics or technology-service partners. We aim to limit shared information to what is needed for the relevant evaluation or execution activity.
Retention and protection
Submitted information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to review the request, maintain relevant commercial records, support an active customer relationship, or meet applicable obligations. Boltra applies reasonable organizational and technical controls, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask Boltra to correct or delete information associated with an enquiry, subject to legitimate commercial, contractual or legal retention requirements.
